We are happy to work with you  to help if you have a quire about your item

We do not normally give refunds if you:

• simply change your mind, or

• make a wrong decision.
• We are intitled to  request out of pockets expencesif you  decide you do not want the item or items
• If you cancle the order in the  middle of a job or after the job  has been sent yo you there will be a 50% charge  
• Our Mugs are all hand done and if the print is a little bit out when we do a bulk amount this is due to  plasement this is not computerised but indervigualy placded
